Who You Choose to Work with Matters:
“I’m thrilled to be back home and putting my experience to work here in the Valley. Helping others find their way here in Montana has been a lifelong calling and putting my skills and enthusiasm to work on my home ground is a dream come true.”
Cassandra’s 21 years in real estate has spanned from luxury residential, condos and townhomes, bare land, development and recreational ranch. Each category has its own nuances but all require a high level of communication, attention to detail and determination. Creative marketing strategies has propelled her success and using those unique outside the box ideas has earned her the respect of clients and peers.
Honesty and professionalism
Selling our home was a challenge. Three other agents had tried. Her marketing, which included a fundraiser for a local non-profit, brought hundreds of people to our newly staged home. It worked. We recommend her highly.
Communicating effectively and often, clients can expect superior customer service, Friday afternoon updates from Cassie were discussed at the listing presentation and carried out weekly. Our home sold quickly but we still talk often.
First time home buyers and those new to Montana can expect an insightful and experienced agent to guide them through their relocation and investment process
My new home has large south facing windows and garage. Moving from Florida to Montana, I’m grateful that Cassandra knew how important those details were.
Continuing education gives her the opportunity to learn best practices to best serve her valued clients.
My backup offer that I didn’t think stood a chance, won the day with the seller. Professionally handled and closed. Thank you.
Relationship is valued over the deal and the details are important.
I’m pretty sure Cassie didn’t sleep the whole week I was in town looking at properties. We spent 5 days looking at every possible home. We also tried every coffee shop in town, which is coming in handy now that I actually live here!
Cassandra is married to Jim Toth, a ranch broker with Western Ranch Brokers. Their marriage and professional partnership started as founders of the Grizzly Hackle Fly Shop and Outfitting business. Their entry into real estate occurred upon the creation of a shared ownership ranch concept, which took them from Missoula to Bozeman, where they raised their two children Jackson and Emerald. Jackson is finishing up medical school and Emerald has a year left at Carroll College, after which she too will enter medical school. The only kids left at the house are Buck and Bella, the labrador retrievers that accompany Cassandra and Jim on their fishing trips.
